La Casa de Mario - Gocta

I stayed at Mario’s house for a couple of days to visit Gocta, and the experience was absolutely lovely. The beds are super comfortable and the view is truly spectacular: Gocta is right in front of you, morning hummingbirds fly around 🥹, and at night there’s a wonderful starry sky. The breakfasts are delicious, and Mario goes to great lengths to make you feel at home. He also has an amazing sense of humor and great vibes; laughter was never missing. If you’re traveling alone, like me, it’s a place where you can feel safe, rest, and even make a new therian friend 💛.

The view of the waterfall is great. The entrance to get there requires walking, and carrying luggage makes it a bit heavy.

“Ruhe mit einmaliger Aussicht”

The view from the room and terrace overlooking the Gocta waterfall and the green surrounds is unmatched, and the humming of hummingbirds right outside the terrace adds to the charm. The trail to the waterfall starts directly at the front door, and the place is wonderfully quiet. Mario gives a lot of useful information. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and has good pressure 😀. I would have liked a place to hang or lay clothes, but they plan to add hangers in the room soon.
