Everything in the room was in perfect condition, breakfast was complete, and the staff were helpful.

Clean overall, rooms were decent. Breakfast, included with the stay, had a good selection, but I was put off when a roach appeared while eating. The overnight staff had a terrible attitude. I came to Florida for a medical procedure and when I returned to my room the keys wouldn’t work, so I went downstairs to replace them; after going back upstairs the keys still didn’t work. Exhausted, I couldn’t use the elevator again, so I called the front desk. A nice lady came up to help, but her keys still couldn’t open the door. Then a guy appeared with the master key and told me the deadbolt was on, which it wasn’t, so he kept trying until finally, 30 minutes later, they opened the door. I sat in the hallway for 30 minutes waiting for them to open the door right after a medical procedure, and I’m in the early stages of pregnancy. When I asked if I could check out late because of the inconvenience, the guy gave me an attitude as if it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t get into the room, so after that I didn’t feel comfortable staying and I left.

I liked that it’s off the main road, so getting back on the road was quick. The bed was comfortable and all the pillows were nice and fluffy. I’ll definitely stay again. No street lights on the side street made it hard to see at night.
