Location was great, the room was great, the staff were really friendly and chatty, and it was great value for money.

Easy parking and heating on timer, but no mention when booking that “breakfast included” is only continental. Mattress springs poked through and were very uncomfortable. Tiles in the toilet all broke and plaster from the wall was falling off. The TV was tiny and didn’t work properly. Wi‑Fi is terrible. The walls between rooms are paper‑thin and you can hear everything. No toiletries as mentioned when booking. Windows, both inside and outside, were very dirty!
