The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the staff were excellent and friendly. The location isn’t great, but I say it’s an upside to a downside. It’s very close to the centre of Blackpool, which was fantastic.

I found the price unbeatable and the spot is only a 10‑minute walk to every bar, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable—maybe because it’s on the soft side, which is the only gripe I have.

It was just a place to collapse; the bed had a board underneath, making it very hard.

Nothing good at all; the room was filthy, with dirty walls and doors, unemptied bins, dated furniture, cracks in the skirting boards, and grimy carpets. We walked in, stared at the mess, and left for another hotel. We’ve tried to contact customer service for a refund because the room was nothing like the photos, and we’re extremely disappointed.
