The shops and transport were convenient. The room was very dirty, the sink was blocked, and the shower still wasn’t fixed from the last time. It was very, very noisy because of the many stairs.

Jeff at reception was very welcoming and kind. The location is great and the value for money is good. I would stay here again. The online check‑in links didn’t work when they were sent to me, but that was fine because someone was at reception to let me in.
