Very close to the train station, which is convenient when visiting Cinque Terre, and also right next to the pedestrian zone full of restaurants. The room matches the photos and has been recently renovated. In the common area there’s an iron and ironing board, plus a coffee machine and tea. The host supplied all the details for self‑check‑in on arrival day.

They could improve the common area. The stair step in the corridor is dangerous; even with the indicator light, there were minor accidents that could have been worse. Please consider removing it.

Everything was spot on—right next to the station, the host gave clear check‑in instructions and was polite and kind. The room was spotless and in great shape, and the toilet jet spray made me, an Indian, super happy. Nothing negative; everything was perfect. I’ll book again if I visit La Spiezia.

The location is convenient to the central station, but I didn’t like the price‑quality ratio. The room is small, the bathroom tiny, and the fan noise keeps you awake; you can hear other rooms too, which makes the price feel excessive.
