“Great stay!!”
Such a great stay! The apartment was in a fantastic location, quiet, but super close to the centre, the room was comfortable and equipped with everything you'd need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, we felt completely at ease the whole time. There are adorable cats living around there as well who we loved getting to know ☺️

Nice and clean accommodation. A few minutes on foot to the harbor and historic centre, and still a quiet location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Excellent communication with the owner – quick responses to questions.
The owner Alex is very friendly and helpful, but finding the entrance to the property is not easy. The location is great because you can reach the pedestrian zone in just a few minutes, and the area is quiet. In the bathroom, even though it is clean, there is no towel rack and the sink is very small, and they don’t use fabric softener when washing towels, so the towels end up very stiff.
We found bed bugs in the accommodation, which we photographed and reported. The situation forced us to discard several belongings, including shoes, clothes, and backpacks, to avoid carrying the infestation on the rest of our trip and later home. We sent photos and filed a complaint through the booking platform. However, we felt the response and handling of the issue, both by the property and the booking platform after the complaint, were completely inadequate. The compensation received was 80 € from the property and 10 € from the booking platform, far below the value of the items we had to throw away. But the damage was not only financial: the situation completely ruined our vacation and caused us great worry for the rest of the trip. Additionally, we suffered numerous bites and, two weeks later, we still have marks and discomfort on our bodies. A property should provide rooms in proper hygienic conditions and perform the necessary checks and actions to prevent the presence of insects or parasites such as bed bugs. We attached photos so other travelers can see our experience and weigh this information before booking.
