“I regret I came to this Hotel and stayed a night here.”
I never liked any part of this place. The phone number on my booking confirmation was always off, so I had to call it more than ten times between 4 pm and 6 pm on 8 June, then I canceled just before the free‑cancellation deadline, about 20 minutes late. Because I had a meeting in the area, I ended up staying at another hotel that night, paying INR 2,200 for a room from 9:45 pm to 4 pm the next day. On 9 June I went back to Sai Dham Comfort, showed the 8 June booking reference, and Mr. Vijay acknowledged it and gave me a room. He first quoted INR 1,100, but after I pointed out the reference he lowered the price to INR 850 for a single occupancy room. I checked in, grabbed the keys, and left. I returned around 5 pm, asked Mr. Vijay if hot water was available, and he said it was 24/7. I had to wait 2 hrs 40 min, following up eight times, before lukewarm water finally came, and it never hit the shower. The TV was dead, the floor hadn’t been swept, and the bed was only “okay.” No towel or soap arrived until 8 pm, after I asked six times. The only redeeming points were a local bank ATM and a decent veg restaurant on the ground floor. I don’t think this property should be offered to clients at all.
The hot water was inadequate, the room wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom floor was dirty, the TV was non‑functional, and no water bottle was provided.
