“Bad experience”

The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the sea‑front activities and restaurants were close by. However, the bedroom window let in a lot of traffic noise, and the room smelled like gas fumes from the exhaust that seeped in through the window and the A/C vents. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise and the smell, which made for a terrible night. I only stayed one night and cancelled the rest of my booking, leaving me very upset and stressed. I didn’t enjoy my time in La Paz and had to book an early flight home.

The location was good and it was very clean. Everything was fine; I have no complaints.

The staff was friendly and tried to fix the issues I ran into. I was given a room that was fine at check‑in, but the curtains had fallen, so I requested a different room. That room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made me feel sick. The bathroom had an electric shower wired with duct tape, which felt unsafe, and I couldn’t control the temperature; the only options were a cold or a boiling hot shower.

The service was excellent, the location was very close to the bus terminal, Malecón, and it was very quiet.
