Very disappointing stay at My Soulmate Beach Resort. The fans were not working properly, the hot water geyser didn’t work, and there were long hairs on both the bed and bath towels, which felt very unhygienic. The booking mentioned a flat screen TV, but there was no TV at all in the room. The owner was very egoistic and unhelpful, though the staff members were polite. The only positive is that the resort is about 100 metres from the beach. Overall, definitely not worth the money and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The place is great—excellent location, cozy, clean, with working air conditioning and Wi‑Fi. The staff were super! Thank you! We’ll come back. I recommend it. The only downside was that the second floor was noisy.
