The parking spot didn't fit larger cars, so just park on the street instead.

The beds were comfy. However, there was confusion: we were given a wrong card, and when we entered our room there was a bag, underwear, and other people’s belongings on the floor, which made us suspect someone else had been there. We went to reception, and they offered us a supposedly better room, but it was the same room. It’s not very pleasant to find signs that someone else is in your room, and they tried to compensate by giving you the same room or a “higher category” as they called it. It feels a bit sad, but overall the facilities are decent and the beds are very comfortable.

Nos sorprendió mucho para bien. La habitación amplia, las instalaciones todas nuevas, todo el equipamiento del restaurante nuevo y la atención perfecta. Creíamos que el spa estaba incluido en la reserva ya que, la gran mayoría incluye 1h por noche, eso nos decepcionó un poco. Aunque en observaciones estaba anotado, fallo nuestro que no lo vimos

“Bonito hotel de montaña.”

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. The food quality was just edible, nothing more.

The staff were very friendly 😃, and the location was good. It was very hot, there was no air conditioning, and the parking was hard to find.
