The environment, location, staff, and price were all great. The beds were comfortable. The pile looked divine, though it was dirty, and they cleaned it just before we left. The little bar is lovely, and the caipirinhas were tasty. Price‑quality was very good; having a room and bathroom for us gave us comfort. I recommend it for anyone looking for something economical without big pretensions, in a good area with nearby businesses and transport, even though we walked to all the beaches. The overall vibe from everyone was positive, with a nice energy. The smell in the rooms (they changed the sheets but there was still an odor). I understand the humidity, but it could be improved. Some maintenance issues didn’t seem to require major investment: water leaks in the bathroom (shower, floor), mold on the walls behind the beds, and the balcony doors were difficult to open. They could also leave cleaning supplies handy on the higher floors (70 steps to the individual rooms); a broom or a hair dryer nearby would have been useful.

Close to everything. All staff were very attentive. The shower dripped a little water.

Great location, near the main beaches and restaurants. There are many stairs; people with difficulties won’t be able to reach the upper‑floor rooms.
