The pool was nice, walking to the casino across the bridge was a long walk but enjoyable, the breakfast buffet was good, the coffee near the front of the building was nice, and the staff were helpful when asked. They only put coffee in the room on the first day and not on the second, and they didn’t leave enough washcloths in the room.

Everything was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

The staff weren't at the desk, and it took 20 minutes to check in; two hours later we went down to eat, but again no one was at the desk.

We had to make sure the door closed tightly so nobody could get into our room; the shower kept filling with water because the drain was clogged, which was an issue. We love this hotel for its location and the convenience of the casino, but the maintenance could be better in the rooms.
