The breakfast was good, the shower was very good with strong water pressure. Hair was on the toilet floor; it could have been better cleaned.

The proximity to the E6 motorway and the room standard were good. I received no information that the ventilation system could be turned off; at 01.30 I went down to reception and asked if it could be switched off. I was told it could be, and how it would be done.

The staff were very pleasant, creating a cheerful, safe, and calm environment. They were accommodating even though I had a dog! The rooms were nice and the beds were fine. It was easy to find and close to the entire shopping centre, making it perfect for a shopping weekend. The breakfast could have offered more variety – more spreads, a bit of brie cheese, and more than just one sausage type. The room was very pleasant, but I missed a thin privacy screen because the office windows faced my room and I wanted less direct sight; I had to use the darker curtains. I also wished there were more TV channels available.

The location couldn't be better. Nothing to change.

Good breakfast, free parking, comfortable beds. Our room was on the 9th floor with a nice view.
