Surrounded by lush, relaxing scenery, the team took great care of us, offering snorkeling, BBQ, diving and fishing that made the stay unforgettable; the staff were always smiling, eager to share their love of Natuna, and their hospitality left a lasting impression on us and the kids from those four days at the Dive Center.

This place has huge potential: the reefs remain pristine and the surroundings are tranquil, making it a truly unique destination. The environment is simply gorgeous, peaceful, and preserved—a real paradise for nature lovers and marine enthusiasts. Huge thanks to the whole team for their warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our stay: SaSa, Herda, Mario, Yanto, and the others; thanks to you, we experienced five truly exceptional days at the Natuna Dive Resort.

The service here was top-notch from the very beginning - staff were super helpful and answered all my questions before I even arrived. My room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The garden was really well looked after, and I loved the unique rocks on the property. I also did a tour of the South Island, which was amazing, and highly recommend having a BBQ with the chef - the food was incredible.

The staff at this place were amazing - they were so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make my short stay enjoyable. The food was good too, and the location was just magical. I'm really glad I chose to stay here and would definitely come back. There were a few maintenance issues, but the staff were on top of them and I'm sure they'll get sorted.

This hotel was really nice, with an amazing view of the beach and a tasty and original breakfast. The staff were super helpful and kind, which made a big difference. However, the swimming pool wasn't usable because of the low tide, which was a bit of a bummer. Also, the room felt a bit simple for the price - but overall it was still a great stay.
