The place is superbly positioned in Camden Town, and the welcome and directions were very helpful for getting there; the room itself is fine, but a better mattress and a bedside lamp would improve it; for a short stay it’s a great deal with excellent value for money.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but the cleanliness needs work (bathroom carpet wasn’t washed, floors were dirty and my white socks turned brown), and the single glazing is a problem (the street is noisy at all hours and the metro/trains vibrate the room).

Everything was good, nothing to complain about.

The room was good and the location was convenient, but I had asked for a private toilet and was given a shared one, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing and is not what you expect when you filter for a private toilet.

The location is good, but the bathroom is shared.
