The hotel was terrible. There was no room service after midnight. The receptionist was very rude, especially during checkout; and when we complained and escalated it to the manager it was met with unprofessionalism and indifference.

I liked the location and the hotel, and there are nice spots for kids and evening sessions. The breakfast staff were young and friendly and made us fancy eggs, but the female staff were not friendly, treated us poorly, and when we asked for anything they treated us like beggars. The reception staff were helpful, and the reservation lady was polite but said an extra bed is paid and they never provide it. The room space is small. Thanks.

The on‑site facilities and wedding halls make the place beautiful, the pool and children’s play area are lively, and the reception staff are helpful. The breakfast has only a few options, but the buffet is clean and the staff at the buffet are very curious, watching the trays and the amount of food.

The hotel’s service is top‑class, the staff are very friendly, and Malak at the Booking reception was especially wonderful. The breakfast selection, however, is limited.
