Exceptional location and wonderful staff.

Nice staff, quick check‑in and check‑out, a great spot right next to a bunch of attractions, and the rooftop is lovely. The downside is that one side of the bed is against the wall, so no bedside table or outlet for that person, and the shower leaked into the room afterward, which was annoying but not a huge issue.

“Great my new favourite London hotel. The balcony and location are superb”

The vibe at the place is fantastic—laid back, easygoing, and the 24‑hour bar is outstanding. There's a cute coffee station, an ironing station, and an amazing balcony. The TV isn’t a smart TV, but the Bluetooth speakers are amazing.

“Relaxing, beautiful querky hotel with great amenities and perfect location.”

Quirky, stylish, full of character, and in a superb location. The only gripe was that the shower cubicle was a bit cramped when trying to open the door.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, the room was nice and comfortable, the train and metro were close by, and there were pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel – I’d recommend it.
