The cabin is really pretty and makes a great spot for a family trip. The owner and her daughter were extremely friendly, treating us like old friends. We’d happily point anyone in this direction.

María, who lives on the property, was incredibly kind and the cabin itself had everything we needed—a well‑equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and comfortable rooms. She greeted us with flower collars and fresh guava juice, then set us up with George, a local guide who showed us several sights and even gave us a complimentary dessert.

The room was spotless and the whole area felt very tranquil, plus Mrs. Ana was attentive and quick to help with anything we needed. The only thing missing was a microwave or some way to heat up food that isn’t eaten right away.

Staff were friendly and always ready to answer our questions, and the silence around the property was truly wonderful. The downside is the distance to the town center—there’s no public transport, so you end up walking a lot if you want to get anywhere.
