“Great hotel with great stuff”

The hotel nailed it – comfy rooms, a wellness area with several saunas, tea and snacks, tasty food, and staff that were super helpful. It was one of the best experiences I've had. The only tweak would be to stock more toiletries like conditioner and lotion instead of just a single soap and shampoo, and maybe add more photos of the wellness space so guests know how versatile it is.

“Had our first ski trip in Austria and the week was nothing less that perfect”

The location was spot‑on for the slopes, and the breakfast buffet gave us plenty of energy to start the day. After a long run we relaxed in the spa and enjoyed a solid dinner from the same cuisine. We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The only quirk was that the room always smelled a bit too much soap, which was a bit annoying for me.

The hotel offers a nice kids’ area and a chill lounge for adults. The only downside was the peeling paint in the wellness section, which could use a fresh coat.

This place is a real treat, tucked in natural wood with a fully equipped garage, ski storage, and automatic doors that make everything hassle‑free. Ski in, ski out is a dream! The wine cellar and spa are lovely, and the staff are friendly and the pool and spa areas spotless.

“Hotel spíše průměrný”

The breakfast was excellent and the staff, especially the Hungarian waitresses, were incredibly helpful. However, the dinner fell short, the room quality was lower than expected, and the bathroom had a glass door that let in light at night, waking the roommate. We only had a bathtub, no shower, and the mattress was too soft; at that price I’d have liked a balcony. The wellness pool was just a small, ordinary pool that didn’t impress.
