The breakfast was normal, with few options, and the customer service was very poor. I didn’t like the lack of consideration in the room setup. There were no floor mats, so the room got dirty easily when you came in from the beach. No ironing facilities for clothes or a wardrobe if you plan to stay longer; there were a few insects and bugs in the room and on the bed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The beach and reception staff were fine. The bartender handed us an opened expired beer. The bathrooms had a strong bad odor that didn’t improve after we changed them.
