“Agradable hotel y buena ubicación”

Muy buena ubicación, pero las piezas eran pequeñas y poco bonitas, las almohadas demasiado grandes y la playa no pertenecía al hotel como se mostraba en las fotos.

“Overall, it was a lovely experience and the breakfast was the highlight. Lots of options to choose from and the waiters”

The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant area, and the hotel felt very luxurious. The location is great, right in the middle of Kusadasi. However, there was an odd odor in the room that smelled like old English buildings.

This hotel is a disgrace for the Hilton family! The price‑quality ratio is absolutely unacceptable. The worst part was that there were walls in the room! I went to the reception to complain, and they acted like nothing happened, saying, “We’ll call a cleaner to vacuum.” That means the problem exists and they just live with it 🤷‍♀️. We arrived for our honeymoon, and the hotel only congratulated us with a couple of cookies, whereas other hotels on our tour gave at least a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. Here they cut costs to the extreme – even in the dining room the portions were tiny, especially the almost transparent watermelon slices with rind – in Turkey in September 😅. Also, we had a car and needed parking. I had mentioned this beforehand and told the reception that we’d be picking up a rental car and needed a parking spot. The staff said they don’t reserve spots (even knowing we’d arrive in two hours)! There are only about 12 spots in their underground parking for the whole hotel (or even fewer)… I ended up walking and guarding a spot outside the hotel because parking there was really tight! And another thing! The photo on Booking shows a glass corner room with a great view – in reality, there are only a couple of rooms in that category, and they’re actually straight‑view rooms, not corner ones… And yet another thing! We were moved to a different room; the first room smelled terribly of sewage 🤷‍♀️. I won’t even mention the curtain with a hole! It’s truly embarrassing for a hotel of this caliber.
