The location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly during check‑in. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast, which started at 7 am, and there was no offer of a travel pack for us.

We’d booked early with full payment and asked for rooms next to each other, not quiet ones. At check‑in we learned only two adjacent rooms were available on one floor, while the third was a floor higher. Next time, early reservations should honor the room‑proximity request. Thanks. Breakfast was fine, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated—maybe add more variety next time, like sausage one day and bread‑and‑butter the next.

“교통편리한 깨끗한 호텔”

Breakfast came as a paid buffet, but there was also a free simple breakfast that actually offered bread with sausage instead of the expected rice ball, plus coffee. It was good to eat. As soon as you exit subway line 12 at Yodoyabashi, the hotel is right there, making travel convenient (Yodoyabashi station is one stop from Umeda, and Namba is three stops away). Rooms on the upper floors have a nice city view. There isn’t much to criticize. Cleaning is only done if requested; if you want it, put a “cleaning” sign outside the door before 9 am, otherwise it won’t be done after 9 am.
