The bed was super comfy and the room was spotless, but that one night was pretty chilly and the air‑con didn’t work, so we couldn’t warm it up.

We spent a few days in pure relaxation. The B&B is a small gem, tastefully furnished and set in quiet surroundings. Cleanliness and care of the common areas are excellent. A special thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality. We'll be back soon!

The bedding was clean. The communication with staff was awful. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, which I had mentioned in advance. Check‑in instructions were never sent beforehand. The host only corresponded in Italian, refused to talk to us on the phone, and all communication went through WhatsApp. We could not get a proper explanation on how to reach the hotel. They sent a non‑working link to open the door, and we could only get in with the help of neighbors. When booking, we entered our bank card details. It was stated that the booking was non‑refundable and that canceling would result in the full amount being charged. The host sent us a suspicious payment link and refused to charge the account she likely had access to. We were reluctant to click on dubious links, fearing double charges for the stay. While we were writing to booking support, the host insisted, could not explain anything properly, and threatened eviction, communicating in a disgusting manner. In the room, the window does not open; it is covered by heavy, thick blinds that cannot be opened. The room is always dark, and you can only live with artificial lighting. It is also very stuffy due to the lack of proper ventilation and an air conditioner. The shower cabin has black mold. We stayed for 3 days and were given only 4 small sachets of shampoo. We could not request more because there were no staff at the "hotel" during the day or evening. All check‑in, check‑out, and door‑opening instructions were exclusively in Italian. No customer orientation at all!

“Camera con bagno esterno”

The location was great for our needs; the check‑in method was very convenient and practical using the app instead of keys. The bathroom is not inside the room but outside, on the other side of the corridor. Even though it is for exclusive use, you have to cross the common area to access it. This was not specified during booking, so it was a bad surprise. The bathroom is also small, lacks a bidet, has mold on the window, and the shower head is clogged with limescale. After the unpleasant discovery, I contacted the manager who was very kind but could not change the accommodation because the property was fully booked. The room is very spacious but with damaged and stained furniture. The duvet in fur is completely unsuitable for those allergic to dust. The breakfast area is a corner of the entrance with a couple of packaged snacks, tea, and coffee; it's a pity there is no common area with tables or chairs for breakfast.

Coffee and small snacks are available for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quite large. The hosts are very clean. Entry to the apartment via the app is very convenient. The metro station is about a 15‑minute walk away, near a café.
