The lift was broken, and the staff were unhelpful. There was no cable on the TV. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom, and it was hard to find someone who could help. The menu says the canteen opens at 7, but it actually opens at 8. After placing an order, it takes so long that you don’t get your food until after 9. Half of the items on the menu aren’t available.

I stayed at Jaswinder Bhawan last weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, the surroundings are peaceful, and the property feels comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well‑maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout. The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing, especially for a short visit to Haridwar. I really appreciated the peaceful environment and the hospitality. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced option in Haridwar. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. ❣️ A slight delay in food delivery, but the taste makes up for it 😄

Location, courteous staff,good food. They over charged from the rate booked through booking. Com. Lot of cheating happens which needs to be looked into by booking. Com that once booking is confirmed at a rate offered through your site hotel should not change the rate. Otherwise your reputation will be at stake

We had a wonderful stay at Jaswinder Bhawan. The location is excellent, offering a beautiful view of the Ganges. The best part was the special ghat, which was easily accessible directly from the hotel. It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for enjoying the Ganga without any hassle. The food was also very good; they prepare fresh meals that feel homely and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for a family stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful place with a beautiful Ganga view, fresh food, and easy access to the ghat. The hotel staff and the manager, Mr. Shankar Ji, were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and supportive behaviour made our experience even more comfortable. Highly appreciated!
