The rural hostel is very well equipped, with only a few rooms spread over two floors. It’s located on the outskirts of Carhuaz, in the Acopampa neighborhood. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and sleeping, unlike hotels in Huaraz where it’s hard to rest because of noise and car horns. The owners’ treatment is excellent; they look out for a taxi if you need one or help with anything else. Laundry service. Breakfast is perfect. They even accompanied me to the airport on check‑out day. The only downside is that the car road doesn’t reach the hotel’s front door—you have to walk about 30 m on a path. The hostel/lodge isn’t signposted, like almost no hotel in the area; you have to navigate via Google Maps, but once you know the route, there’s no problem.
