The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. The pool was supposed to be heated but wasn’t. We rented two rooms; in one the refrigerator didn’t work, and in the other the TV didn’t work.

The price was good, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. Overall the experience was fine, but being called “stupid” by the night clerk when I couldn’t get the room key to work really upset me; he had a terrible attitude.

There was nothing positive to mention. The hotel fails to advertise that it has no elevator; my wife, who had knee surgery, couldn't climb the stairs, and the staff simply told me to request the 1st floor. How could I have known if the elevator wasn't available? I stay in hotels 3‑4 times a week and have stayed in many worn‑out places, but this one is the worst.
