Nothing, we had booked three rooms but on arrival the previous guests wanted to stay an extra night, so we were left out for a rainy day with kids and no solution was offered. Horrible.

The reception by Mrs. Martita was good, the staff was excellent and they waited for us. The room was warm, the air‑conditioning worked well, the shower had warm water, and they gave us towels because I forgot mine. I really appreciate it. However, we were assigned a room where all the beds made noise; turning over was loud and uncomfortable, and I was scared that the girl sleeping in the upper bunk might fall because there was no guardrail.
