Nothing special. The whole place was a mess. When we got there, the staff were like, “Who are you?” No computer system at the front desk, and the guy didn’t know we had a booking—he had to call someone and spend ten minutes sorting it out. It was 8:30 pm and the room across from us was hosting a raucous party—loud music, shouting, doors slamming. We complained at 11, but the front‑desk staff were there with the party crew and thought it was funny. I couldn’t take this place seriously—avoid it.
