The most important thing is the people. When I had to change dates, I called the property and they didn’t charge me anything—clearly they care about people more than profit. The breakfast staff noticed I left early one day and rushed over to ask if everything was fine and offered to make something special if I didn’t like the menu, showing real hospitality. The property is high quality, detail‑oriented, and the experience is seamless. I’ve seen continuous and new renovations here. The only thing I’d like back is the guy who served coffee and dates.

The location, staff, and food were good, but the equipment felt a bit old and the beds were uncomfortable—given the price I paid, we expected better beds. That’s the only issue; otherwise everything else was fine. Unfortunately, there was no prayer room at the hotel.

The place, rooms, cleanliness, and staff were all great, especially Rema who kept checking in on us and Mohamed Ali who went above and beyond his duties to serve us. The lobby, however, was overcrowded and there wasn’t enough seating.
