A breakfast that was cooked to order tasted great, so I asked for an extra slice of toast. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had.

The country pub was great, the rooms were very clean, and the value for money was excellent. The breakfast was nice, and I highly recommend it 🍻. All good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Dinner felt pricey for pub grub, but the hot breakfast remained excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, though I would have liked more pillows and a bigger smart TV.

If you need an overnight stay before heading to Stansted airport, I can't recommend the Cock Inn enough. The gentlemen at the bar gave us a warm welcome, the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The ladies who served in the morning were very friendly, and the breakfast was a full English cooked to order. Checking out was very easy, making it a very pleasant stay. Nothing to add.
