Nothing to like. Rooms had a bad smell and only 3 western toilets, the rest Indian toilets were in bad condition, not worth the amount we paid to U. After arriving we changed accommodation by paying an extra 2000/-. Please refund our money. Moreover, there were no contact details of booking; we had no way to communicate, so we suffered a lot after arriving. Pay our extra amount 2000/- in our source of payment.

Hot water was available 24 hours. The cleanliness staff stole our money.

Being close to Ganapatipule temple was a plus, but the lack of cleanliness and poor value for money were disappointing.

The location and food were good, but the entrance and lobby could use improvement, and getting to the room from the entrance was an issue.
