Very poor management, no air conditioning, not keeping Treebo standards, no in‑house kitchen, breakfast supplied by a local vendor in parcel packets that had to specify exact plate counts, and parking was a real pain because all bikes and local vendors block the exit on the busy station road, leaving no space for cars.

The staff were very courteous to guests and behaved like family members, but if a guest stays more than one day, management should arrange room cleaning on the following days; otherwise no other issues.

I booked three rooms for my family and friends, and to be honest, the rooms themselves were decent - clean and comfortable, but nothing special. However, the hotel's maintenance was seriously lacking. One of the rooms had no hot water, which was a major issue, and the towels were in a terrible state - ripped and full of holes. When I asked for drinking water, I was told it wasn't provided, which seemed a bit basic.
