There was no restaurant on site, and room service took an extremely long time because they had to order from a distant restaurant. That was the biggest frustration. If we had known room service would be slow, we would have taken a car to a nearby restaurant instead. We had already traveled all day from Lucknow and wanted to rest early so we could start our onward journey to Nagpur on time. The room itself was fine, except the TV was not working. There was no complimentary breakfast in the morning, even though it had been promised during booking. Transparency about room service was lacking.
