The house is very spacious, finely furnished, and well equipped for daily necessities. The panoramic view is striking, and at night we can see an exceptional starry sky. The surroundings offer several historical, artistic, and gastronomic attractions… In short, a perfect stay.

Just like I like, a house on the outskirts with plenty of space for kids to run. A beautifully renovated 17th‑century home. The host waited for us after the agreed time even though we were late for check‑in. My nine‑year‑old son was delighted by the young host’s beauty. A delicious welcome wine. The house has everything needed. A key box with a code would help if someone arrives late at night.

A wonderful quiet spot. Almost no neighbors, quiet, calm, clean. I haven’t seen such bright stars anywhere else. A comfortable courtyard. The kitchen is small, and the appliances and kitchenware are inconvenient.

“A magical time in a beautiful home in the heart of Tuscany!”

We enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at Borgo Petraio in Montieri. The house itself is absolutely lovely—full of historic charm and character, with breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful garden that made mornings and evenings feel magical. Its central location made it easy to explore Tuscany, yet it felt like a quiet retreat away from crowds. Our host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a special place that feels both unique and comfortable. We loved staying here and will definitely return the next time we’re in Tuscany. Highly recommended!
