Phong cảnh đẹp, phòng rộng, sạch sẽ. Vắng và xa chỗ ăn uống, ko có xe ô tô rất khó di chuyển

The bungalows are nice but already old; the website does not match reality, giving the impression of a ghost town, we were the only guests at breakfast and dinner, the staff was very unfriendly and asked at 18.10 whether we would finally come for dinner because they did not want to wait that long, the pool was dirty, and the waterfall advertised online does not work—no thanks, do not book!

The hotel is set in a lovely surroundings and the bungalows themselves are well equipped, but there is no 24‑hour reception as advertised, English communication was difficult, the site still shows old images from when it was a 5‑star spa, the reception hall now looks more like a shell with a neighboring hall under construction, and I was the only one dining there, creating a strange vibe.
