Everything was great: room service, twice‑daily housekeeping, and the Italian restaurant is the best. Everything was perfect.
The staff were great and everyone was super friendly. After staying at the Waldorf, the concierge here far surpassed them—Jose (the lead concierge) was outstanding, arranging a vet test for my small dog on short notice and sending meds for my son’s stomach upset. He was awesome! Main areas need renovation.
