The location was fine, but I didn’t like anything else.

I filed a complaint at 1:30 am because I couldn’t sleep: the mattress springs hurt my back, something bit me and kept itching, and I couldn’t open the windows due to broken sliding door rollers. The rooms look like the 80s, with blood stains on pillows, long female hair, and pubic hair—none of which are mine, I have short hair and shave as a cyclist. Floor tiles in the corridor outside the bedroom door are missing, so people walking over them wake you up. I left as soon as possible after a sleepless night. The reception staff, probably the owner, didn’t apologize when I complained. I’d prefer not to leave a review because of the old lady, but I just wanted to sleep, and that didn’t happen.

They allow my dog for an extra fee, but there was no air conditioning or fan, and the third floor had no elevator.
