Comfort Inn & Suites LaGrange East

“Bad visit”

The spot was convenient, but the place was filthy—hair in my bed and no one bothered to clean it. The staff swapped me into another room that smelled like weed; when I complained, he handed me a spray. After spraying, roaches started crawling, so I left. He said I'd get a refund, but I never received it.

The stay was great.

“I would not book this hotel again wasn’t at all what I expected,”

The location and the staff were good, but the tub was dirty or badly stained, the lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the hallways were off.

“Long story short drove from Bradenton Florida. On our way to Tennessee we decided to stop for rest and let the kids stre”

Nothing stood out except the area. The room was dirty, I found roaches, and the A/C didn’t cool enough.

“I was only there for 7 hours fortunately just to sleep. I could not have stayed longer.”

I liked the location off the interstate and near town, but the room I stayed in was drab and unclean. The bathroom mirror was splashed like someone had just brushed their teeth, the carpet was stained by the bed, someone had left half‑drunk soda in the fridge, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the curtains wouldn’t close to block the parking‑lot pole light—so many problems.
