The place was very beautiful and clean, and the staff were wonderful. Everything was lovely, especially the reception and Murad.

The spot was super central for wandering around the old town, and the parking worked exactly as advertised—no scrambling for street spots. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded some of our rooms for free. The décor feels like an exotic fairy‑tale set, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were not friendly. They parked my car very close to the wall, scratching it, even though the spot hadn’t bothered anyone before. No apology was offered, so I don’t recommend this hotel.
