The place was modern, clean, had plenty of music, and the prices were interesting. However, even though we were in Milan, none of the reception staff spoke Italian.

The staff were very friendly and they gave us free breakfast because the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working. The mattress was saggy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

The shared room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and fridge were well equipped for cooking, and a tram station was close, so you could get to the city centre quickly. A supermarket was about a 10‑minute walk away. During the stay the Wi‑Fi didn't work, but they gave us a free breakfast voucher. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the bed creaked quite a bit.

The location was very good, and the staff—a dark‑haired Latino guy and a new girl who was still learning—were very pleasant and attentive. We had a problem with the room, but they fixed it quickly and compensated us. However, the curtains used to cover the bed were broken and couldn't close properly, and the men's bathrooms were a bit dirty.

The price was unbeatable, especially during a hectic time like fashion week. When the WiFi stopped working, they gave us free breakfast for the entire stay, which was appreciated. The bed was big and roomy, and we could make our own capsule with the curtains. The showers were spacious too, and the common areas with free basic food were really nice and cozy. But the whole place needs some love! Mold was eating away the shower ceiling, and many bed curtains were ripped or broken, plus a few things just needed a deep clean.
