I appreciated the building itself and the concept of the apartment, but the vibe around the pool and restaurant was off; waiters actually shoved us aside for guests coming from outside the building. After traveling 500 km and being famished, we were looking for a meal that fit our food allergies and finally got help at Menlyn Maine!

“Einfach top!”

The apartment was very pretty and everything matched perfectly; the bed was super comfortable! One of the elevators had a few hiccups, but that had nothing to do with the apartment. The staff in the building were incredibly friendly and quick to assist.

Unfortunately the hotel makes it hard for hosts to arrange vouchers, so breakfast wasn’t included. We had breakfast on the 16th‑floor restaurant, which was pricey, but the staff were very helpful in fixing the problems. Check‑in was confusing: you first park at the entrance, then exit, and there was limited parking at the main entrance with a shortage at the time. Checking out was not user‑friendly either; you need to use tags to exit the underground parking, then drive around to the main entrance where parking is scarce, and hand in the tag. It would make more sense to hand the tag to security when leaving.
