Logis Hotels - Château Saint Marcel

“Served its purpose but would not return.”

The location was perfect for meeting friends who live 10 minutes away. Inside, the old chateau felt tired and dated, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no staff present at breakfast or at reception when we checked out.

“Seul reproche l itinéraire proposé par Booking n est pas exact”

Everything was perfect.

The chateau was nice, but there was no staff, the room was not clean even after staying two days, and it gave the impression of an abandoned castle.

“Un Cauchemard, nous sommes partis au milieu du séjour dans un autre établissement”

The building’s exterior façades look good, but the place is really old—lamps, tables, beds, pool barriers, and broken wooden terraces haven’t been fixed. The staff seem untrained, the director is absent, and the restaurant is lacking; the microwave, bikes, and pétanque courts are unusable.

“Bon choix pour une étape”

The staff were friendly, the building is pretty, and the room size is decent, but the mattresses need better quality and some items look worn, like the paint, shelf, and hair dryer.
