The room was spacious, airy, with a beautiful view, a huge bed, plenty of greenery and fairly high‑quality fixtures, but the narrow entrance made it tricky for two 7‑seat cars to pass, our bathroom emitted a foul smell, and getting hold of the manager or staff by phone or Zalo was almost impossible—calls went unanswered and messages were ignored when I tried to request an invoice.

The best parts were the location and the room size; the owner was very kind even though he didn’t speak English, and the place had a special charm. The bathroom was a bit plain despite its large size; a shower tray would have been better than showering on the floor. We asked for an extra orange juice at breakfast and were told no, even though we’d happily pay for it. There was no welcome greeting or explanation upon arrival, and we had to keep asking everything via WhatsApp.

The grounds were huge, rooms were large, the pool was pretty, and the shower was really nice, but the place is very remote. The location is far from restaurants and the communication was done through Google‑Talk.

A quiet spot right in nature, a lake‑view room, staff were super kind and helpful, bikes were available. The only thing to improve is the cleaning details.

The building looks beautiful from the outside and sits in a truly evocative spot. Breakfast was excellent, but you have to remember it’s in a rural area, so the room service and cleanliness were average. The most annoying thing was the fan noise, though it had to stay on at night because the air‑conditioner alone wasn’t enough.
