The room is modern, clean and comfortable. The owner, though never met in person, was very friendly and helpful. He assisted a lot during my stay, recommending routes and checking in via WhatsApp to see if everything was fine. A good place to start exploring Tuscany. Thanks a lot.

Spacious room, large bathroom and shower, well‑equipped and clean kitchen! Close to the center, the host was very attentive and quick to answer our questions, even suggesting many places to eat in the city. I recommend it for anyone planning to spend a few days in Arezzo.

The apartment is well divided and very clean; I was surprised by the quality of the mattress and pillow, as well as the size of the bathroom. Everything is very functional, and the windows face the inner courtyard, making the room very quiet. The owner is available and kind, recommending restaurants that exceeded our expectations. He was very understanding of our needs and went above and beyond, even though he wasn’t obligated to, so we thank him again. We recommend the place and, if we ever return to Arezzo, we will definitely stay here again. Great value for money. Thank you very much.
