The front desk staff were very helpful and gave me a first‑floor room close to the trailer parking because they saw how much luggage I had; the room was comfortable and clean, and the trailer parking area was huge. Unfortunately, another staff member loudly tried to resolve a customer dispute right outside my door for over 15 minutes before I asked them to stop; they didn’t leave right away and kept talking for another five minutes. It was extremely rude.
