Spotless. The room is large and fully equipped. Parking is easy. It’s close to the waterfront, a 10‑15 minute walk or just a few minutes by car.

“Great host and location!”

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. The location was great, and we liked the nearby street parking. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and having a shared kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge was a nice bonus. The host was very helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The only small issue was that the shower is quite compact, so it might feel a bit tight for someone larger. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay. We’d happily come back!

“B&B più che ottimo”

The room was more than suitable for our stay, spotless and top‑class, with a coffee machine always ready and high‑quality coffee. The hotel sits on a side street of one of Reggio Calabria’s main roads, about 10‑15 minutes on foot from the municipal beach, close to the Reggio Calabria lido and right next to Italy’s most beautiful kilometer, the Reggio Calabria waterfront. Nothing to complain about – everything was excellent.
