The house was very welcoming and clean, in a strategic location—absolutely recommended.

Close to the waterfront, aquarium, and a free parking spot. The room was clean, the owner was kind and discreet, and I could use the kitchen for coffee. The spot isn’t in the very centre but there’s a bus stop and several shops/restaurants nearby. It’s on the second floor without an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up can be inconvenient.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. We also liked the central spot right on the seafront. The owners welcomed us warmly and gave us all the useful tips for exploring Livorno. They were flexible with check‑in and always ready to help with anything we needed. A balcony in the room would have been nice.

Despite many positives, the biggest downside is the shower cabin’s size. A person of average build struggles to fit in, let alone bathe comfortably. That needs improvement. Everything else was fine.
