“It was safe and an interesting stay and great it was next to the San Marco square .”

1. The Breakfast was great - good variety 2 Fast internet 3 The Staff were available for help and new towels etc. 1, Our room - initially - the phone did not work - a technician needed to put the power point in another power outlet .The room was quite old and needed a bit of a facelift - the furnishings . 2The Aircon was too cold and we could not reset it without a front desk staff 3 . The amenities could have been better such as shampoo and soap . There were no facilities without a hot water kettle and some tea and coffee - This made it not as comfortable as any other hotel facilities of this level . 4 The Location - it was very difficult to find and better advise on the website would be helpful and for any family travelling with young children or elderly it would have been a nightmare . Recommend to say in their directions - get off San Marco station and walk around the square and into x street and walk over 1 small bridge .We were told to get off the Rialto station and got lost for over 1 hour

“A metros de San Marcos”

Only a few meters from Plaza San Marcos, the breakfast selection was very varied, and you can drop off or pick up luggage before check‑in or after check‑out without paying. The room was small but comfortable, the mattress was uncomfortable, and you could hear the noise from neighboring rooms – it was very loud.
