The property is gorgeous with beautiful views, private yet easy to reach, and the pool is fantastic. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and the host’s communication and service were top‑class from the moment we arrived. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and the dinner was outstanding. It’s a real treasure and we’ll definitely come back. Grazie Mille!

The property sits about 15 minutes from Arezzo, set in large, fenced green areas that kept our four dogs safe, yet it’s close to the village and a handy gas station with a car wash; the view over the historic centre and the garden with the pool were stunning, and there were tables, chairs and loungers for full outdoor enjoyment. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent—we had an amazing steak. Thanks to everyone, and we’ll be back!

Nothing good at all; there was no balcony, just a bathroom for four people, no coffee machine, a sofa bed, a city‑style double bed, the place was filthy, the heating didn’t work, and the overall condition was terrible.

I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful house in a peaceful environment. The pool was lovely, and we were fortunate to stay in the adjacent house, which had a comfortable bed, a nice kitchen, and spacious living areas on two levels. There was also a seating area in front of the house. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly squeezed orange juice being a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the dinner, which was cooked to perfection.
